CeConsult is an independant environmental consultancy which specialises in tailoring solutions to meet clients evnironmental problems and in supporting majur consultancies in providing selected expert services.

CeConsult was orgianlly born in 1996 as Christian Enviornmental Consultants from a desire to provide a high quality business to business service to meet the invidual objectives of each and every client and to be able to work on non profit making, community and disaster projects.

CeConsult exists to serve the business community but in doing so seeks to apply Biblical Christian principles to all its activities.

Dr Lingwood is the the Managing Direc tor of CeConsult. He is a:

• Chartered Biologist
• Chartered Environmentalist
• Chartered Geologist
• Chartered Scientist
• Chartered Waste Manager
• European Geologist

He has over 25 years' experience in a wide range of environmental issues related to waste management, pollution control and environmental impact assessment; he has acted as programme manager for a number of diverse projects, project manager for individual multi-disciplinary projects and as a specialist in his own right and as expert witness in civil litigation and planning enquiries.
More recently he has applied his practical skills to the relief of suffering in disaster and urban development situations overseas.
